Update expiry
Open the item in Dashboard and choose a new allowed expiry. The change applies to the public metadata and cleanup schedule; an already expired item cannot be revived.
Delete early
Deletion removes public reachability first and schedules idempotent object and quota cleanup. A transfer owns its members, so manage bundled files through the transfer controls.
Copies already downloaded
Note: Ending a share cannot delete copies a recipient already saved or a preview cached by another service.
