TERMS
Use it for files you may share.
Effective 17 July 2026. These terms apply to Free, Aether, and Aether Pro accounts.
Do not upload unlawful, harmful, abusive, or infringing material. You remain responsible for every file you upload and every link you distribute.
Each plan has limits for active storage, file size, transfer size, and active files. Transfers may become unavailable if a plan or service limit is reached. Keep your own copy of anything important.
Links stop working at expiry, but physical cleanup may happen shortly afterward through the application’s automated cleanup process.
Aether subscriptions renew monthly until canceled. The introductory price is available once per eligible new paying account; the regular monthly price applies afterward. Checkout shows the final amount and any applicable tax before payment.
You can change payment details, view invoices, switch plans, or cancel through the Stripe billing portal. A cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the paid period. After a downgrade, new uploads use the new plan limits; existing temporary files retain their chosen expiry, but uploads can remain blocked until usage is below the new limit.
The first subscription payment can be refunded from the Pricing page within 14 days. An accepted refund cancels the subscription immediately, returns the account to Free, and is sent to the original payment method. Bank processing times vary. Failed or disputed payments can suspend paid access. This voluntary policy does not limit mandatory consumer cancellation or refund rights.
Payments and refunds are processed by Stripe and are also subject to the terms shown during Stripe Checkout.
You can permanently delete an account from the Account page after confirming your identity. Account deletion cancels an active subscription immediately but does not itself request a refund; use the eligible refund action first when applicable. Cleanup of an in-flight upload reservation can take up to the documented safety grace period plus the next cleanup run.
