Chrome extension

Extension storage and privacy

See which data the extension keeps locally and what it synchronizes with Astral.

Stored in your Chrome profile

  • Revocable session and preferences
  • Recent upload jobs and request summaries
  • Notification deduplication markers
  • The selected extension-folder handle, if connected

Account synchronization

When connected, the extension performs bounded synchronization while Chrome runs. It retrieves the data needed for active files, requests, expiry reminders, and received-file reminders.

Disconnecting

Revoking the server session stops future authorized calls. Clear the extension's local data separately if you also want to remove local preferences and recent history from that Chrome profile.
