Open the billing portal
- Sign in to Astral.
- Open Pricing or Account.
- Choose the billing-management action.
- Complete the requested change on Stripe's hosted page.
Cancel renewal
A normal cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period shown by Stripe. Astral updates plan access from verified Stripe webhook events.
After a downgrade
New uploads use the new plan limits. Existing temporary shares keep their chosen expiry, but uploads can remain blocked until active usage is below the new storage or file-count limit.
