What happens when I cancel?
Your plan remains active through the paid billing period when you cancel in the billing portal. Afterward, new uploads use Free limits; existing temporary files keep their chosen expiry.
How does the introductory price work?
It is automatically applied once to a new paying account: one discounted month on Aether or three discounted months on Aether Pro. The normal monthly price follows.
Can I get a refund?
The first subscription payment can be refunded from this page within 14 days. The subscription ends immediately. This policy does not limit any mandatory consumer rights.
What will I be charged?
Stripe Checkout shows the exact recurring total and any applicable tax before you confirm payment.
